Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Fiore di Loto sells exclusively to retailers from this website. Every user must first register their personal and company information in order to place an order from this site.
The minimum order is £200. An order will be despatched 1/2 working days from the receipt of payment. All orders MUST be paid in full before we ship goods.
Fiore di Loto ships by Royal Mail or Courier. All orders are traceable. We use a variety of international couriers depending on the delivery destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination/country. For the UK you should consider 1/2 working days from the date of shipping which will be communicated via email along with the courier used and the tracking number as reference.
For the rest of Europe you should consider delivery times of 4/5 working days.
We are not responsible for any delays due to the courier or customs controls for international packages. Or any extra charges incurred.
The cost for UK delivery is £8.00
Carriage is paid for UK deliveries on all orders over £300.
The cost of shipping for Europe Is £18.00 on all or any order value. These charges will be added automatically to your order in the shopping cart at checkout.
Fiore di Loto jewellery is sold singularly without any restriction on quantity or multi-packs, except the Energy Bracelets which come in 2 sizes S/M and M/L and are thus sold in packs of 2 (1 bracelet per size).
All prices on our website are exclusive of any shipping costs.
Payments can be made via PayPal or BACs. In this case our account details will be provided on the final page of the order form once the BACs option has been selected.
We do NOT ship any goods until we have received the payment in full.
We endeavour to update our online stock inventory in real time.
However, we hold the right to cancel any order (giving a full refund) in the following cases:
Some products are no longer available
The details of the customer registration are wrong or incomplete
Technical problems caused by price/products updates while the order was being processed.
Fiore di Loto has the right to make changes, at any time, to the conditions of sale and shipping, prices and product quantities, as well all accessibility to the website in all its parts.
We strive to ship only goods in perfect condition, in sealed packages. If a package received seems tampered or damaged you must NOT sign it as "undamaged" on the courier document as this will void your future claim. Suspicion of damage must be communicated to the courier immediately on delivery. Failure to do so will exempt Fiore di Loto from any responsibility for damaged items.
Where goods are found to be in poor condition, damaged or incorrect, you the customer have to the right to return them. You have 7 working days from receipt of goods to communicate any of the above problems to us. Beyond this time we cannot consider a return or refund. We will ask for a detailed description of the problem with photos of damage/defect where possible. Fiore di Loto will then contact the customer to arrange the return/exchange, refund or credit note for future orders. All costs incurred for shipping will not be reimbursed and are at the customers' expense.
We remind our customers that Fiore di Loto's products are all handmade, each product is unique. Any variations in colour or size or slight imperfections are to be considered characteristic of their hand crafted nature and charm which distinguishes them from chain production en masse.
You have the right to cancel any order prior to its shipping, informing us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the online transaction. The cancellation must be made via email to email@example.com or via telephone to +447804085162. In this case you will receive a full refund including any shipping costs billed.
Cancellations made after 24 hours will be dealt with in the following manner:
The customer has the right to return goods for whichever reason within 15 days of receipt. We will refund the full value of goods (minus any shipping costs) after the quality of the goods has been checked by our staff and we have verified it is in perfect condition, in the original packaging and respects the original quantities from the invoice and can thus be resold.
Before goods are returned you MUST communicate your wish to cancel the order to us and arrange/agree on a courier and collection time of our choosing. Fiore di Loto is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of goods returned to us via non insured courier or shipped without prior notice without using a mutually agreed method.
All goods are considered the customers' property and are thus their responsibility until they have been received and checked by Fiore di Loto and a refund has been made.
